Geen Pass

Can camping guests enter into the restaurant without a Green Pass?

YES. The customers of the campsite can enter the indoor areas of the restaurant without showing the green pass.

Do you need a green pass to enter the outdoor restaurant of the campsite?

NO. The green pass is not required.

Does the customer need the green pass at the bar counter?

NO. The green pass is not required.

Do you need a green pass to enter the campsite wellness area?

YES. Only for activities that take place indoors, otherwise whether they take place outdoors, the Green Pass is not required.

Do children have to have the Green Pass?

NO. The green pass requirement does not apply to children under 12 years of age, as they are excluded from vaccination.
 

Movement and Mobility

Is it possible to travel within the italian territory?

Is Italy accepting the EU Digital Covid Certificates (EUDCC)?

Yes, from the 21/06/2021 Italy is accepting the EU Digital COVID Certifcate. All information can be found here.

Is there, in Italy, a quarantine necessary for those arriving from abroad?

From 15/05/2021 there is no quarantine for those arriving from the countries of the European Union and the Schengen Area, as well as from Great Britain and Isreal.

Is negative rapid test or negative molecular test required to enter in Italy from abroad?

In order to enter in Italy from aboard (countries of the European Union and the Schengen Area, as well as Great Britain and Israel) it's necessary to a have a molecular or antigenic test with negative result, carried our within 48 hours before to your arrival in Italy. This is not applied to those who have already completed the cycle of vaccines or have already had Covid or to children under 6 years.

Is there a quarantine after returning from a trip to Italy?

When returning from Italy, tourists must observe the entry regulations in force in their country of origin.

Is it possible to enter and exit the campsite during the night?

On foot you can always enter and exit the campsite. By motor vehicles it is possible to enter and exit the campsite from 07.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 23.00.

How far is the city centre from the campsite?

The centres of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Lignano Pineta are, respectively, 5 km and 2 km away from the campsite. To learn more about the main tourist attractions near Camping Village Pino Mare.

How far is the bus stop?

The bus stop is located just 500 meters from the campsite.

Is it possible to rent a bike?

You can rent a bike at the reception.

Pitch

1

What time is the pitch available?

The pitch is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

At what time the camping pitch should be free?

The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Are the pitches  equipped with electricity?

All pitches are provided with power electricity:  6/10 Ampere

What is in the price of the camping pitch included?

The price of the pitch includes: electricity, hot and cold water, 1 umbrella on the beach, entrance to the swimming pool, WI-FI and VAT.
The price does not include the tourist tax.

Mobile Homes

What time is the mobile home available?

The mobile home is available  from 5 p.m. on arrival day.

What time the mobile home should be free?

The Mobile home must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure

Are bed linen and towels  included  in the price of the accommodation?

Linen are available but towels  are not included.

Payments

What are the opening times of the cash desk?

The cash desk is open from 8 am until 13 noon and from 3 pm until 7 pm.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash (From 1st July 2020 and until 31st December 2021 the limit for cash payments is raised to € 1,999.99 and from 1st January 2022 it will be to € 999.99);
also we accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa electron, Poste Pay, Maestro) and bank transfers.

How and when can I pay the balance?

The balance must be paid at the cash office within three days of arrival in cash or credit / debit card.
(From 1st July 2020 and until 31st December 2021 the limit for cash payments is up to € 1,999.99 and from 1st January 2022 will drop down to € 999.99)

Holiday and Voucher Policy

During this period, am I still able to book my next holiday in your village?

Of course – you can either contact the property itself, send an email to the address info@campingpinomare.it, or book directly on our website: www.campingpinomare.it. You can book in full confidence, and we are always available in case you need to make any changes to your booking.

My arrival date is approaching – how can I cancel?
 
                        

In order to guarantee you more serenity, we have changed our cancellation policy. You can change your booking up to 14 days before the day of arrival without losing the deposit, so you can choose the solution that best suits you and your family.
Please contact us. We will be happy to help you to postpone your stay. 
You can still decide to cancel your holiday  and receive a voucher equal to the amount you have already paid, as per legal guidelines.
This can be used as part of full payment for a new reservation and is valid for one year from the date of issue.

I have booked a holiday in your camping village, but my arrival is still a few months away. What should I do?
 

The best thing to do is wait and avoid cancelling your reservation just yet; government regulations and guidelines are changed and now the situation evolves better and we can open the village  in safe conditions.

Can I move the dates of my holiday, and put the deposit already paid towards the new dates, without incurring any extra fees?

 

You can change the dates of your stay at any time.

Can I book my holiday using the voucher received last year?

If I am unable to use the voucher in 2021, can I give it to someone else?
 

The voucher is credited to the recipient only and is not transferable. It cannot be exchanged for a refund nor converted into cash. It may be used only once. The voucher is valid for 12 months after its date of issue and can be used for a new reservation for the 2020 or 2021 season. Should the cost of the new reservation be lower than the value of the voucher, the difference cannot be refunded nor can it remain valid as a voucher credit. We will, nevertheless, assess each request on a case by case basis in order to find the best solution for our guests, and in most cases we should be able to allow the voucher to be used by another family member or friend.

I have not paid the deposit yet, but I would still like to come. Should I wait?
 

Get in touch with us and we will be happy to extend your payment deadline for a few weeks. For more information you can either contact our booking offices via telephone or send an email to the address on the property’s contact page on our website.

When do the animation activities start?

Our animation team is in charge from mid May till mid September.

What are the opening times of the pools?

Swimming pool regular opening times: 9.00 a.m to 1 noon and from 3 p.m to 7 p.m.-   Live shows Opening Times: [21.00-23.00] Live music every evening.

The wellness area is for a fee?

The Wellness Centre is free of charge, the rates are: euro 8.00 fare morning, afternoon 10.00 euro rate, EUR 15:00 daily.

Quali sono gli orari di apertura del centro wellness?

Il centro wellness è aperto dalle 10 alle 13 e dalle 15 alle 19.
Apertura serale (in alta stagione) solo il mercoledi dalle 21 alle 23.

The animation is a fee?

All entertainment activities are free.

WI FI is paid?

You can browse for free with no time limit to the base speed. Those who want a fast connection, you can buy it at the reception.

Where is the nearest ER located?

The nearest ER is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro: 5 km from the Campsite.

Where is the nearest pharmacy located?

The nearest pharmacy is 500 meters from the Reception.

Is there a cash point?

The cash point is next to the reception office.

Is the water at the campsite safe to drink?

The water is drinkable.

Are dogs allowed on the beach?

Dogs are only allowed on Duke Beach, which is  in front of the campsite.
Dog beach equipment is not included in the cost of the stay.

Are the pools heated?

The main whirlpool and all pools in the wellness area are filled with sea water and are heated.
