The European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 establishes rules on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. In compliance with the principle of transparency (Article 5), Restur s.r.l., as data controller, provides you with the following information pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation:

Purpose of the processing and legal basis

The personal data (company details, contact details, bank and tax data) voluntarily provided by you, including those of any family members or acquaintances for whom you make reservations, through the forms or email addresses on the site, will be processed for the following purposes:
  1. respond to your requests for information and make the estimates you requested;
  2. manage the registration to the website, necessary to be able to formalise the booking, check in and make the payment, as well as allowing you access to the services and activities of the campsite;
  3. fulfil the ensuing accounting, tax and administrative obligations;
  4. send commercial communications through automated tools (e-mail, sms) and traditional mail;
  5. send newsletters about new services or events.
The legal basis for the purposes referred to in points (1) and (2) is the performance of pre-contractual measures - taken at the request of the data subject - or of a contract to which the data subject is a party. Data disclosure is a necessary requirement for the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures; failure to provide them will make it impossible for the undersigned to respond to your requests and offer our services.
The legal basis for the purposes referred to in point 3) is the legal obligation.
The legal basis for the purposes referred to in points 4) and 5) is the consent that can be revoked by you at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to revocation. Data disclosure for these latter purposes is optional; any refusal will make it impossible for the undersigned to send you commercial communications and/or newsletters relating to our events and services.

Data processing methods

Data will be processed, both by paper and computer, in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, with the appropriate technical and organisational measures referred to in Article 32.1 of the Regulation and with the observance of every precautionary measure that guarantees its integrity, confidentiality and availability.

Source from which the data originate

If the personal data is not obtained directly from the data subject, it may be collected through third parties, such as family members or acquaintances, tour operators and/or travel agencies used by the data subject for the management of the stay.

Categories of recipients

Your data will be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
  • subjects authorised to process data
  • credit institutions, credit card payment companies or electronic payment systems in general
  • professionals, consultants
  • web service providers
  • insurances (only in the event of an accident)
  • public bodies and authorities to fulfil legal obligations

Apart from these assumptions, the data will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases specifically envisaged by national or European Union law.

Data transfer to a third country / international organisation

Your data will not be transferred to third countries / international organisations.

Data retention

The data required for the purposes referred to in points 1), 2) and 3) will be retained for the duration of the established contractual relations and also afterwards for the fulfilment of all legal obligations related to tax, accounting and administrative requirements. On the other hand, for the purposes referred to in points 3) and 4), the data will be retained for a period of 2 years unless consent is revoked.

Rights of the data subject

As data subject, you may exercise your rights (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation) at any time by sending a notification to the contact details indicated above. In particular, you will have the right to request:
  • access to personal data;
  • its rectification;
  • erasure;
  • restriction of processing;
  • the right to object to such processing;
  • the right to portability of data provided by you if the processing is carried out by automated means and is based on consent or contract.

Complaint with the supervisory authority

The data controller does not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
