General terms and conditions of Mobile Homes:
Prices are considered on a daily basis and include: gas, electricity, hot and cold water, 1 beach umbrella + 2 deck-chairs on the beach, access to the swimming pool, air conditioning/heating for 10 hours a day with Clima Card. You can top Clima Card up at the cost of 0.50 euros per hour. The remaining amount is not refundable.
Prices do not include: car park and the compulsory final cleaning at the cost of 47.00 euros.
Minimum stay: 7 nights. Arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday.
Possibility of short stays during the low-season.
The unit is available from 5 p.m. of the arrival day and has to be vacated at 10 a.m. of the departure day.
The number of persons specified for each unit is the maximum allowed. Towels and household linen are not provided.
